You've done the surviving. This is where you learn to live.
1:1 coaching for women who've moved past the hardest chapter, and are ready to untangle the patterns it left behind, in the mind and in the body.
Sessions online · Work at your own pace · No pressure, no scripts

Somewhere between therapy and coaching, there's the work that actually changes things.
Therapy often looks backward into memory. Executive coaching pushes forward with strategy. My work sits in the middle: we look at the patterns your past created, and gently, at your pace, change how they run your life today.
Processes the past. Revisits memories and works through what happened.
Understands the patterns. We don't excavate trauma. We notice how it shows up now, and build a life where it doesn't run the show.
Pushes performance. Goals, strategy, and direction for your career.
The body comes first
Patterns don't just live in your thoughts; they live in your nervous system. Every engagement includes somatic practices: simple, physical ways to feel safe, regulated, and at home in your body again.
Uncomfortable, not re-traumatising
We will have honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations. But I won't ask you to relive painful memories. We work with what's happening in your life today, and move forward from there.
You set the direction
This isn't advice handed down. What we work on, and how fast, depends entirely on you. It's a slower process than a strategy session, and that's exactly why it lasts.
Support between sessions
You're not alone between calls. I provide chat support for accountability: a nudge when you're slipping, a witness when you follow through. (It's steady support, not emergency support.)
"Do you work with someone like me?"
It's the question I'm asked most often. So here it is, plainly: the experiences my clients most often bring to me.
I work with women who are out of the active crisis and trying to figure life out from there. If you're currently in an unsafe situation, you deserve crisis support first, and I'll gladly help you find it.
Wherever you are, there's a way in.

My story
I was in therapy for 10+ years, live with multiple mental illnesses, and for the longest time nothing worked. Today I work with people like me, so they don't feel stuck and blocked by life the way I did.
My first panic attack put me in an emergency room. A few years later, three a day was my normal. On paper, I was more than fine: I'd grown my salary from ₹18,500 a month to a 30 LPA role. From the outside: capable, composed, high-functioning. But I was miserable.
Ten years of therapy gave me insight. But my body said your insight is not cutting it. Somatic work is what finally worked for me. Once I saw the power of it, I could not unsee it.
So I trained, got certified, and made it my work. Today I work with women who are excellent on paper and cannot feel any of it. It is time for that to change.

This isn't a theory. I've done this work with 100+ women like you.
What women say after working with me.
Names changed at their request. Everything else is 100% theirs.
It is wild that none of the trauma therapists or counsellors I went to ever did this work. I'm able to have a clear mind and not despair over my chronic pain. It's like taking a painkiller, but I'm just breathing.
Self work is brutal and painful but it's also the most rewarding, the most soothing journey once you start reaching those little milestones. You start becoming what you want, and it all starts following you, peacefully.
Past experiences had created a narrative that I wasn't 'good enough'. The transformation has been remarkable. I've moved from constant self-doubt to feeling genuinely calm and confident in my abilities.
In the beginning, I was in a very fragile emotional state, I would cry during almost every session. Instead of rushing me or pushing solutions, Neha helped me accept how far I'd already come and gently guided me forward.
Neha didn't just give generic advice. She asked the kind of deep, insightful questions that forced me to re-evaluate my own perspective. It was a truly guided path from pain to tangible results.
My friends have noticed the change in the way I talk about life, about myself. Unapologetic, stable. It's the kind of change you don't fully see until someone else points it out.
I was getting drained by a close friend's constant negativity around her hate for men. For the first time, instead of silently tolerating it, I said 'count me out.' I'm proud of myself for not trying to change or invalidate her, but just choosing what I will and won't participate in.
I was emotionally drained, constantly doubting myself, and carrying a lot of self-blame. Since working with Neha, I've stepped out of that environment. She gave me space to talk without judgment or minimizing my feelings. It renewed my strength to move at my own pace.
Somatic exercises you can practice at home.
It starts with a conversation, not a commitment.
